Please note - You will receive a ring sizer in your collection kit where you can include what size you require. Rings cannot be resized so please be sure you record the correct size.

Once you have placed your order you will recieve your collection kit in the post within a few days.
Your kit will contain instructions on how you can collect you inclusion.
Once you have done this you can pop it back in the post to us - free of charge and without having to visit the post office.
Please then allow 8-12 weeks for your beautiful item to be made and sent out to you.
You will be kept up to date throughout the process at each stage.

UK shipping is FREE of charge on all orders over £160.
This includes both the dispatch of your collection kit and also the dispatch of your completed product.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. Please note this is a small parcel so does not fit through a letterbox.
UK shipping is £5 on all orders under £160.
International shipping is £30 for anywhere else other than the UK. Please allow an additional 2 weeks if you are ordering outside of the UK.
